Returns & Withdrawal Policy

1. Your 14-day right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the EU, you may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. The period expires 14 days after the day you (or a third party you name) receive the goods.

2. How to withdraw

To exercise the right, simply tell us of your decision by a clear statement — email [email protected]. To meet the deadline, it is enough to send your message before the 14 days expire.

3. Returning the goods

• Send the goods back without undue delay and within 14 days of telling us you withdraw.
• Return address: Axillea Samothraki 1, Thessaloniki 54248, Greece (the address we ship from).
• You bear the direct cost of returning the goods, unless we agree otherwise.
• Items should be unused and in original condition where possible; you are only liable for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary.

4. Refunds

We refund all payments received, including standard delivery, without undue delay and within 14 days of being informed of your withdrawal. We may withhold the refund until we receive the goods back or you provide proof of return. Refunds are made to your original payment method at no extra cost.

6. Faulty or incorrect items

If an item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, contact us — you are entitled to a remedy under EU and Greek consumer law (Law 2251/1994) at no cost to you.
